I grew up in the hills of eastern Kentucky church and gospel music has always been a big part of my life. I worked for the Ky dept. of corrections for 20 years I recently retired and now I go and sing gospel music as much as the good lord will let me. I became a member of the music city christian fellowship and enjoy singing with the chorale singers each year during cma week(fan fair) in nashville. This year we were at the new grand ole opry building. I also belong to kyova a group of gospel singers from ky, ohio, wv,and many other states. Our gathering is on friday nights in Ashland Ky. I'm married and have a son and daughter four grandson's I hope will be a quartet someday. As the year comes to an end I can say God has been so good to us and given us many blessings. I have had the good fortune to sing at many places with many, many good people. I was nominated for new artist of the year by usagem didn't win but still happy. Looking forward for 2012. Bless You
