I was so honored to receive the 2009 Songwriter of the Year award!  Just being included with the great writers that were nominated for this award was enough for me.  I never expected to win. 

But since I did win, I'm taking this award as God's way of saying, "Ann, get busy writing!"  I hope I won't disappoint Him. :-)
